A fitness instructor with experience in aerobics and mind-body conditioning. Certified RYT200 by the Yoga Alliance, with training in Hatha Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. Also certified as a Datsuhirō LIFE® Advisor, Core Ball instructor, and Breast Cancer Awareness Exercise Instructor.
Specialized in Latin-based fitness programs including Latin Aerobics, Latin Express Con Salsa®, and Masala Bhangra®.
Currently teaching mainly Latin Aerobics, Latin Express Con Salsa®, Yoga, and body-conditioning classes focused on balance and physical adjustment.
