Masala Bhangra Performance Workshop is a workshop where adults get together once a week for 12 weeks to learn a 12-15 min dance choreography. Each rehearsal will be 1.5 hours. As we lead up to the last few rehearsals, we shall increase the time of our rehearsals to make sure we are good to go. We then take our hard work and showcase it at the various events we will be performing. Your friends, family and communicates are invited to come out and watch you and the entire group. It’s a magical experience as we work together throughout these 12 weeks.
Choreography for each song will be recorded. They are sent out every week in a google drive for you to watch and practice. Music is sent out as well. Please note that if you miss a rehearsal, it is your responsibility to learn the choreography. We will go over it as much as possible in the workshop.
This workshop is open to anyone who likes to dance and is committed to practising and learning the entire routine. You do not need any experience although it does help. If you know anyone who would like to join us, please have them see our past performances here:

Timing: Rehearsals will be from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Location: They will be held at a dance studio in Midtown on the West Side. The locations are super easy to get to.
Cost: $399 which includes two outfits
Outfits: Each of you will receive TWO outfits for this year’s performance workshop. As soon as you sign up, I will need your size to be emailed to me. Our outfits are designed by Tina Tandon
Communications: All communications will be through masalabhangra@gmail.com. The music and video choreography will be shared with a google drive. I encourage you all to have a gmail account to make it easy access to the google drive link.
