This Friday, during the SEEMA Virtual Happy Hour, I will be moving and grooving to Masala Bhangra beat and I hope you will be joining me. I will be sharing my story on how Masala Bhangra got started and where we have come in 20 years. Expect a high energy hour that will get all your happy hormones flowing while #stayingathome.

I created Masala Bhangra to move and inspire people around the world with my knowledge in fitness and my passion for Bhangra and Bollywood. After losing my father to a massive cardiac arrest, I dedicated my life to helping others find their healthy way to more positive living.

What do you need? Water, comfortable clothing that you can sweat and dance in, and a firm sports bra. The hour promises to be fun, energetic and full of bhangra moves! Balle balle!!
