Friends, we are one quarter of the way through 2018. We all set goals and new year’s resolutions, so how are you doing? If being more active was a goal (a popular one for many!), then here’s how to find a class near you. If you prefer to do workouts at home, then you can purchase a DVD or download a digital workout here.
Whatever you do, just keep moving and dancing. And we suggest literally writing your goals and plans down on a piece of paper, as studies show that process increases likelihood of success. Whether it’s a personal goal, a business objective or a health milestone you’re seeking, let’s stay on track and get there together!

Ever dreamed of dancing in the streets (literally)? Well, you can on May 19 as we join the 12th Annual NYC Dance Parade ! This is a favorite event of ours, as we join dancers representing cultures from all over the world and dance to loud music on the street in Manhattan. Really a fun event and you can join us.
